We’re building Cocoon with care. Here’s what our research survey collects and how it’s used.

What we collect

• • Your survey responses (experiences, preferences, and non-medical context)
• • Optional email address and first name (if you want updates)
• • UTM parameters and referrer (to understand where participants heard about us)

What we don’t collect

• • No sensitive health information (no diagnoses, treatments, or PHI)
• • No passwords or portal credentials

How we use your data

• • To analyze needs and prioritize features (e.g., appointments, reminders)
• • To contact you about early access (only if you opt in)
• • To understand which outreach channels are effective

Storage & security

Survey responses are stored in Netlify Forms. We limit access to our small team and use reasonable safeguards. If we move to another provider, we’ll update this page.

Retention & deletion

You can request deletion of your survey response at any time. Email support@mycocoon.io with the subject “Delete my survey data.”

Cookies & analytics

We currently do not run analytics scripts on the survey page. If we add privacy‑respecting analytics (e.g., Plausible), we’ll note it here.
